geoserver发布图层组提示Layer group within a workspace (a) can not contain resources from other workspace b
这个提示是由于geoserver在发布图层组是，图层组当前选择的是a工作区，但是图层组包含了b工作区的图层，导致发布失败，这个是geoserver规定的规则。
