1、注册一个jetbranis官网的账号（校园邮箱账号）

2、创建账号后会提示名下没有license，进行个人教育认证

JetBrains Products for Learning

3、这样就可以获得1年的使用期限（使用JB Account获得license 输入你的校园认证账号密码即可）

4、报错：Certificate used to sign the license is not signed by JetBrains root certificate
