如图：

原因：位于https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/的存储库不是受信任的或安全的主机，正在被忽略。要求使用“–trusted host pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/ ”允许此警告。

即修改命令为：

pip install d2l==1.0.3 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple --trusted-host pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn

这个好像是一次性的，每次都需要加上trust，之后找一下彻底的修改

后面又出现了新问题：

ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [WinError 5] 拒绝访问。: 'd:\\anaconda\\lib\\site-packages\\numpy\\core\\_multiarray_tests.cp39-win_amd64.pyd' Consider using the `--user` option or check the permissions.

原因：权限不足，在 pip install 后面加上 –user 即可

修改命令为：pip install --user d2l==1.0.3 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple --trusted-host pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn

后面又报错：

ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts. daal4py 2021.3.0 requires daal==2021.2.3, which is not installed. gensim 4.3.0 requires FuzzyTM>=0.4.0, which is not installed.

从问题提示来看，是pip 的依赖项解析器当前未考虑安装的所有包。

然后手动安装即可：

pip install --user daal==2021.2.3 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple --trusted-host pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn

pip install --user FuzzyTM==1.0.0 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple --trusted-host pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn

问题解决！
