遇到这个问题首先看xcode-tool是否打开过，如果没有打开过，先打开里面有一些需要得到你的agree。

然后需要把python3的命令软连接过来

sudo ln -s $(which python3) /usr/local/bin/python

sudo ln -s $(which python3) /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/usr/bin/python

最重要的一点，设置完上面的软链接需要重启电脑哈
