最近小编更新chrome浏览器到最新版本，然后使用webdriver-manager进行驱动管理下载驱动就出现了上述问题，经排查，webdriver-manager下载最新的chrome驱动时需要去github上去下载，因此需要进行SSL认证，如果不进行认证就会出现上述问题，经小编查询webdriver-manager官方文档，可以设置不进行SSL认证保证webdriver-manager能下载到最新版本的chrome驱动程序，解决方案如下，将SSL认证设置为false即可：

os.environ['WDM_SSL_VERIFY'] = "false"
