windows  docker容器启动MySQL时报:

(HTTP code 500) server error - Ports are not available: exposing port TCP 0.0.0.0:3307 -> 0.0.0.0:0: listen tcp 0.0.0.0:3307: bind: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.

解决办法：

管理员权限运行cmd

1.停止Windows NAT 驱动程序

net stop winnat

2.开启Windows NAT 驱动程序

net start winnat

执行这两行命令，说白了就是重启一下 winnat

到此解决。
